Beta Program Manager
Treau’s mission is to cool the world by transforming every home to be more comfortable and healthy for the people who inhabit it - without compromising the environment. We are working towards decarbonizing buildings, starting with how they are heated and cooled. Treau’s launch product is a direct-to-consumer high-efficiency and low-carbon cooling and heating system designed for residential use.
We are looking for a Beta Program Manager to support the Head of Product with our first product roll out from beta testing to full product launch. This role has the potential to evolve into a strategic product/customer specialist role upon successful launch of the product. You will be a champion for both the product and the customer, and lay the foundation for a world class product purchase and fulfilment experience.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and scale the beta program for our first hardware product.

Recruit and screen beta participants, organize onboarding, and collect regular customer feedback through user interviews and surveys.

Troubleshoot bugs and create a short feedback loop between users and product / engineering team, while delivering key insights in an effective manner.

Diagnose product pain points, and conduct basic data analysis to identify the most important features and processes that need to be addressed.

Coordinate shipping, delivery and returns of the product to beta testers, and overcome logistical hurdles as they arise.

Communicate effectively in a technical and non-technical way with both internal and external stakeholders.

Lay the groundwork for internal customer support processes at product launch.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or 4+years equivalent work experience.

Experience working with and gaining insights from end users.

Familiarity with using, debugging and troubleshooting Wi-Fi and IoT devices and gadgets.

Background in user-centered design or customer support.

Proven track record of successfully managing outcomes-based programs.
